The holidays are over and, if you’re like the staff around the Octane offices, you’ve had a full month of cookies, treats and heavy meals. It’s time to get back to “regular schedules” and a “normal diets” now that temptations and feasts have subsided. While getting back to yogurt, granola, salad and protein shakes is a welcome change, sometimes you need something a little heartier. Heartier doesn’t have to mean it isn’t healthy though!
