Happy Holidays! Since it’s the holidays, we’re going to deviate from our typical CROSS CiRCUIT interval workout. Don’t worry, I’ve still got heart rate raising, sweat inducing workouts for you but these ones come with a little twist… All exercises are Christmas themed!
These fun workouts were written by Octane Fitness Master Trainer Heather to help Fuel your workouts through the holidays. Don’t let the fun names fool you, like I said, these interval workout will have you reaching for your water bottle and workout towel.
