Nationally known fitness expert Chris Freytag is a friend and partner of Octane Fitness. Chris has been teaching fitness and coaching clients on the subjects of nutrition and health for 20 years. She is a contributing editor for Prevention Magazine, and her workouts have been featured in other magazines and newspapers and on ExerciseTV and other television shows. Freytag is an American Council on Exercise-certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and lifestyle and weight-management consultant. She is also a yoga and Pilates instructor and author of three books on fitness.
